It is made of two thermoplastic processes to make the sponge firmly blend with the polypropylene rod. The contamination of the adhesive also eliminates the possibility of collapse of the sponge during the wiping process. It was repeatedly cleaned in deionized water in a clean room and packaged in a double clean bag. After testing, the product has very low dust particles and ion content during use, and exhibits excellent wear resistance and chemical resistance. It is exhibited in most organic solvents including industrial alcohol. Very good compatibility, its unique open-cell sponge structure greatly enhances the absorption and locking of solvents.
